Am I a diva on set? Well, I have, like, 15 different assistants,
and I don't know any of their names.

I make them print out a sheet that I hand to all my coworkers, saying:
"Do not look me in the eye.
Do not call me by my first name.
Do not call me by my last name.
Do not call me.
Do not speak unless you're spoken to.
You're fired."
